I’m a mother and grandmother, blessed with a blended family and supported by the most incredible husband.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve felt a deep calling, a quiet knowing that I was here to do something meaningful. But for years, that purpose felt just out of reach.
No matter how much inner work I did or how deeply I devoted myself to my path, something unseen kept holding me back.
I pushed and worked on myself endlessly, thinking freedom would come if I healed enough. But the real longing beneath it all was to return to myself, to God and to the truth of who I really am.
My journey has been one of profound initiations, deep experiences that stripped away illusion and invited me into deeper truth.
Through loss, grief, multiple voids, surrender and awakening, I came to understand that real healing isn’t about becoming more. It’s about remembering what has always been within.
It was in those moments of surrender that I began to experience God not as something outside of me but as a living presence moving through me. That’s when everything shifted from doing to being, from healing to embodiment.
This is the essence of Trinity Flow Healing, a reconnection of Body, Soul and Spirit that restores your original design and returns you to your true creative power.
Today, I walk this path as both student and guide, for those who feel that same calling and are ready to return to their truth, align with their design, and create from their highest potential.

With a background in counselling, hypnotherapy, intuitive mastery, lived experience, and embodied integration, my work now weaves together the wisdom of the body, the layers of the subconscious, and the subtle intelligence of your energetic field so your Body, Soul, and Spirit can return to their original design.
