Property Clearing

What Can Be Affecting Your Property

  • Energetic Openings

Some properties can have energetic openings that allow non-physical interference to access the space.

When this is present, certain areas of the home can feel uncomfortable, unsettled, or avoided without a clear reason.
These are often found in corners, unused rooms, or spaces that feel heavy or draining to be in.

Over time, these areas can begin to affect the overall feeling of the property, creating a sense of unease, disruption, or instability within the space.

Unsettling spaces – Often found in corners, mirrors, closets, or areas that feel stagnant or unused. These can become spaces you naturally avoid without fully knowing why.

Feelings of unease – A sense of discomfort within the home, such as feeling watched, unsettled, or experiencing unexplained anxiety.

Pet and child sensitivity – Animals and young children may be more sensitive to these areas, avoiding them or showing signs of fear or agitation around certain parts of the home.

  • Healing Spaces and Interference

If you run a healing business or work from a dedicated space, the environment you work within becomes even more important.

Any interference within the property can affect how the space holds energy, which can impact both you and the people you are working with.

Even when you are holding a clear and grounded space, the environment itself may not be fully supporting the work.

If you are working with clients to release emotional energy or other forms of interference, this can also build within the space over time if it is not properly cleared.

Over time, this can affect the depth of sessions, the stability of the environment, and how clients feel when they enter the space.

Impact on sessions – The space may not fully support the work being done, affecting the overall depth and outcome of sessions.

Client experience – Clients may feel unsettled, distracted, or unable to fully relax within the environment.

Ongoing influence – Interference within the space can affect consistency, flow, finances, visibility, and the overall energy of the business.

  • Negative Thought Energy

Properties can hold thought and emotional energy in two main ways.

Externally, energy from other people or sources can attach to a property when it resonates with the existing energy of the space.

Internally, the emotional and mental state of the occupants can imprint into the property over time. Ongoing stress, anger, grief, or emotional heaviness can build and begin to affect how the space feels and functions.

Over time, this can create a sense of heaviness, tension, or stagnation within the property, making it feel less supportive to live or work in.

Emotional build-up – Ongoing stress, pressure, or unresolved emotion can accumulate in a space, creating a heavier or more restricted environment.

External influence – Energy directed toward the property from others can attach and contribute to the overall feeling within the space.

Impact on the space – The property may feel flat, heavy, or lacking flow, affecting clarity, mood, and overall wellbeing within the environment.

  • Earthbound Souls

Some properties can be affected by souls that have not fully transitioned and remain connected to the physical environment.

These may be linked to past events within the property or drawn to the space through energetic compatibility.
When present, they can disrupt the energy of the space and the people within it.

Over time, this can create a sense that the property doesn’t feel supportive or clear, affecting how the space is experienced on a daily basis.

Emotional and mental impact – People may experience emotional discomfort, anxiety, or mental fog without a clear reason.

Energy disruption – The presence can interfere with the natural flow of the space, creating instability or imbalance within the property.

Ongoing drain – In some cases, this can lead to a feeling of ongoing fatigue, heaviness, or a decline in overall health and wellbeing within the environment.

  • Directed Emotional Energy

Strong emotions directed toward a person, home, or business can leave an energetic impact on a property.

These can come from neighbours, former partners, employees, competitors, or others connected to the space.

When present, they can create ongoing tension, heaviness, or disruption within the environment.

Over time, this can affect how the property feels and how people experience being within it.

Emotional impact – The space may feel tense, heavy, or unsettled without a clear reason.

External influence – Energy directed toward the property from others can attach and contribute to ongoing disruption.

Ongoing effect – This type of energy can continue to influence the space until it is cleared, affecting the overall harmony and stability of the property.

  • Gateways

Some properties can contain high-impact energetic areas that act as entry points for ongoing interference within the space.

When present, these areas can drain energy from both the property and the people within it, affecting how the space feels and functions.

Over time, this can create a sense of depletion or instability within the environment, making it harder for the space to feel supportive or settled.

Energy drain – The space may feel like it is constantly pulling energy, leaving occupants feeling tired or depleted.

Impact on wellbeing – People may experience poor sleep, low motivation, mental fog, irritability, or ongoing fatigue.

Effect on the property – The property can feel uninviting or unsettled, which is often picked up instinctively by visitors or potential buyers.

  • Residual Land Energy

Land can hold energetic residue from past events that have occurred on or around it, often referred to as land memory.

If the land has a history involving trauma, conflict, or intense activity, that residual energy can continue to influence the property and those within it.

Over time, this can affect how the space feels and how life flows within it, even when there is no visible cause.

Influence on the space – The property may feel unsettled, heavy, or difficult to fully relax in.

Impact on daily life – This can influence relationships, wellbeing, and the overall experience of living or working within the space.

Ongoing effect – It may affect clarity, stability, and the ability to move forward or create within the environment.
