Session One restores the base of your entire system, the powerful foundation that supports the unity of your Body, Soul, and Spirit.
Just like a house cannot stand on an unstable base, your energy field cannot hold higher levels of consciousness or physical creations until the lower structures are restored.
This session restores and stabilizes the inner pathways that help you stay grounded, supported, steady, and connected, giving your higher essence a safe foundation to anchor into.

Session Two begins after the three-week integration period of the foundation work.
Now that your base is grounded and stable, your energy can safely move upward into the center, the solar plexus, heart, higher heart, and throat.
This is the doorway to the Soul. The place where your soul and spirit begin to anchor into the body in a stable, permanent way.

Session three is the final stage of the Trinity Flow Healing pathway.
With the foundation and mid fields cleared and integrated, the Higher Field is able to open into a clearer channel to the upper pathways of consciousness.
This allows your organic structures to begin organising safely, supporting the natural restoration of connection between your body, soul, and spirit.
This session supports the clearing of distortion within the higher pathways, allowing a clearer connection to God, the Creator already within you and accessed through your own inner connection — where your guidance, intuition, peace, and creation energy come from.
It also opens space for a deeper connection with higher aspects of you that know your path, purpose, gifts, and what you are here to create.
As the channel clears, the parts of you that have felt closed off, disconnected, or distant may begin to soften and return.
You may experience a greater sense of support, guidance, and alignment — not from outside yourself, but from your own inner connection.
This is where your Spirit, Soul, and Body begin to organise into greater unity.
